Victor Vaisleib

Chief Executive Officer

Before joining Wi-Charge, Mr. Vaisleib served as Vice President and General Manager of the Fiber to the Home (FTTH) Business Unit at PMC-Sierra (NASDAQ:PMCS).

Mr. Vaisleib joined PMC-Sierra in 2006 through the acquisition of Passave, a highly-successful semiconductor startup company in the field of optical broadband communications, where he was Founder and Chief Executive Officer.

Prior to founding Passave, Mr. Vaisleib spent 15 years at the Electronic Research Department, a top research and development unit of the Israel Defense Forces.

Mr. Vaisleib holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics and Mathematics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He is also a TALPIOT graduate and laureate of the Israel Defense Award (1999).

Ori Mor

Founder, Chief Business Officer

Prior to Wi-Charge, Mr. Mor was Founder and CEO of Appoxee Mobile Technologies, a leading SaaS mobile engagement platform (acquired by Teradata NYSE:TDC).

Before Appoxee, Mr. Mor served 11 years in the Electronic Research Department (ERD), a top research and development unit of the Israel Defense Forces. During his time with the ERD Mr. Mor held various R&D and management positions including large scale project manager and R&D Section Head.

Mr. Mor holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Magna Cum Laude, from Tel-Aviv University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Magna Cum Laude, from Tel-Aviv University. He is a laureate of the Israel Defense Award (2008).

Ortal Alpert

Founder, Chief Technology Officer

Prior to founding Wi-Charge, Mr. Alpert was Founder and CTO of Mempile, an optical storage startup company. Before Mempile, Mr. Alpert was involved in the development of algorithms at ClickSoftware (NASDAQ: CKSW) and in advanced research using computer simulations of light and matter interactions.

Previously, Mr. Alpert held a post as a graduate teaching and research assistant at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. His academic career spans a broad range of technology fields, specifically in light-matter interactions and quantum phenomena, as well as extensive experience in Chemistry and Physics.

Mr. Alpert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Dynamics and Physical Chemistry from The Hebrew University.

Kurt Weber

VP of Sales

Kurt is responsible for sales management and guidance on a strategic set of customers and market segments. 


Prior to Wi-Charge, Kurt ran Sales Management in Semiconductors working for companies such as NCR Microelectronics, LSI Logic and QLogic to achieve $300M+ in combined sales from Enterprise Server/Storage customers including HP, Dell, IBM and StorageTek.  


Kurt’s Sales Management experience includes international sales, management of distribution and sales rep channels along with expertise on Focused Account Sales. His unique combination of technical and sales experience allows him to comfortably engage Wi-Charge customers from the engineering teams up to the C¬ level suite.


Kurt has a BSEE degree with honors from Clarkson University, New York

Oron Branitzky

Head of Smart Retail BD

Oron heads up strategic partnerships with retailers and technology solution provider to retail space at Wi-Charge, focussing on smart retail applications and digital advertising solutions.

Oron brings extensive retail experience, after spending 20 years in selling ESL (electronic shelf labels), most of them as global VP Sales of Pricer AB. During his career at Pricer revenues grew to over $100M and geographic coverage expanded to over 40 countries. Oron has intimate and long lasting relationships with the top executive management of the different players in the retail market including retailers, technology solution providers and CPG. He also sits in the board of NASDAQ MYSZ.


Oron holds a BSc from the Hebrew university of Jerusalem & MBA from Tel Aviv university.

Sigalit Fountain

Head of Operations and Engineering

Sigalit Joined Wi-Charge in 2020 and leads the company’s Operational scale up readiness. Sigalit brings 25 years of extensive Operation and Engineering experience in Hi-Tech companies of various fields such as Lasers, Communications & Military products.

Before joining Wi-Charge, Sigalit was Director of Engineering, Safety  & Quality for Emerson-Spectronix, and prior to that Engineering manager at Airspan Networks. Her expertise include assuring the quality and manufacturability of design, bringing hardware products from prototype to high-volume manufacturing. Improvement of organizational processes, subcontractor manufacturing with a continuous focus on quality, productivity, and efficiency.

Ms. Fountain holds Diplomas of Practical Electrical Engineering and Financing BA & MBA with specialization in risk management.
