Management Team

Victor Vaisleib
CEO
Before joining Wi-Charge, Mr. Vaisleib served as Vice President and General Manager of the Fiber to the Home (FTTH) Business Unit at PMC-Sierra (NASDAQ:PMCS). Mr. Vaisleib joined PMC-Sierra in 2006 through the acquisition of Passave, a highly-successful semiconductor startup company in the field of optical broadband communications, where he wasFounder and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to founding Passave, Mr. Vaisleib spent 15 years at the Electronic Research Department, a top research and development unit of the Israel Defense Forces. Mr. Vaisleib holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics and Mathematics from The Hebrew University, Jerusalem. He is also a TALPIOT graduate and laureate of the Israel Defense Award (1999).

Ori Mor
Co-Founder, CBO
Prior to Wi-Charge, Ori was Founder and CEO of Appoxee Mobile Technologies, a leading SaaS mobile engagement platform (acquired by Teradata). Before Appoxee, Ori served 11 years in the Electronic Research Department (ERD), a top research and development unit of the Israel Defense Forces. During his time with the ERD he held various R&D and management positions including large scale project manager, and R&D Section Head. Ori holds a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Magna Cum Laude, from Tel-Aviv University and a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Magna Cum Laude, from Tel-Aviv University. He is a laureate of the Israel Defense Award (2008).

Ortal Alpert
Co-Founder, CTO
Mr. Alpert identified and developed the core technology behind Wi-Charge and is responsible for our technology roadmap and direction. Prior to founding Wi-Charge, Mr. Alpert was Founder and CTO of Mempile, an optical storage startup company. Before Mempile, Mr. Alpert was involved in the development of algorithms at ClickSoftware (NASDAQ: CKSW) andin advanced research using computer simulations of light and matter interactions. Previously, Mr. Alpert held a post as a graduate teaching and research assistant at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. His academic career spans a broad range of technology fields, specifically in light matter interactions and quantum phenomena, as well as extensive experience in chemistry and physics. Mr. Alpert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Dynamics and Physical Chemistry from The Hebrew University.

Viki Lindenfeld
VP, People
Viki leads global people strategy and organizational development at Wi-Charge, partnering with the executive team to align talent, culture, and business strategy. Leading company-wide performance and compensation cycles, leadership development, and organizational design to support scalable growth. With two decades of HR leadership across startups and global corporations, she has led HRBP, talent acquisition, and org-development functions in senior roles at Vayyar Imaging, Intel Corporation, and Micron Technology.Viki holds a B.A. in Behavioral Science and an M.A. in Organizational Development.

Gilad Rotem
VP, Product Strategy
Gilad Rotem is Vice President of Product Strategy at Wi-Charge, where he leads validation of high-ROI use cases and sharpens the value proposition for wireless power. Before joining Wi-Charge, Gilad founded and led CUPS, transforming it from a coffee-subscription app into the industry’s largest B2B marketplace, serving thousands of local businesses as well as major corporations such as WeWork, Slack, and Stripe across 30+ cities. He later advised founders and funds (Loyal VC, ERA), including work with Dripkit (acquired by NuZee), InkHunter (8M+ downloads), and the U.S. launch of an executive-training startup.
He holds a B.A. in Economics (Magna Cum Laude) and a B.F.A. in Film Studies from Tel Aviv University. His work has appeared in press coverage by The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and Bloomberg.

Sigalit Fountain
Head of Operations and Engineering
Sigalit brings 25 years of extensive Operation & Engineering experience in Hi-Tech companies of fields such as Lasers, Communications, & Military products. ​ Prior to Wi-Charge, Sigalit was Director of Engineering, Safety, & Quality for Emerson-Spectronix, and Engineering manager at Airspan Networks.

Advisor
As co-founder of Qualcomm Inc, the inventor of the Viterbi algorithm, and considered by many to be the father of wireless technology, Mr. Viterbi is a highly experienced engineer and businessman who has played a significant role in the advising and inspiring of the Wi-Charge wireless dream.

Harjot Saluja
Advisor
Harjot is the CEO of Reach Mobile, a company dedicated to bringing wireless technology to the most foreign and impoverished parts of the world. His experience in the wireless technology and global markets is a huge asset to us and our dream of deploying over-the-air wireless technology across various industries and continents.​

Brett Alten
Advisor
Brett is the Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, before HP Brett was in charge of intellectual property in other fortune 500 companies such as Tesla, SolarCity, Dropbox and Apple. His experience in IP, licensing, antitrust and global markets help us fine tune our IP and licensing strategy in our quest to become the leading wireless power license provider.
