R&D

Embedded Software Team Lead

  • Own the company's embedded software discipline

  • Manage a team of 4+ developers, developing for 6+ MCUs

  • Work with architects, Electronics, Optics, Full Stack, Business and other teams

  • Be the company's final technical authority on embedded SW

  • Own the development and release processes. Responsible for code quality and infrastructure

  • Hands on coding, code review and documentation

Required

  • BSc in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent

  • 10+ years of experience as a developer and architect

  • At least one previous experience as an embedded team manager

  • Experience in low level FW - BSP HW/SW digital and analog interfaces

  • Advantages: Experience in C#, Python, test automation, cloud computing

Embedded Software Engineer

  • Design, develop, test and maintain embedded software

  • Work with System, Electronics, Optics, Full Stack, and other teams

  • Develop on a variety of micro-controllers and operating systems

Required

  • BSc in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent

  • 5+ years of experience in embedded software development

  • Strong proficiency in C

  • Experience with real-time operating systems and bare metal

System Integration Engineer / Lead

A multi-disciplinary engineer / manager with a deep R&D background to found the system integration discipline. Work closely with all R&D and Operations teams, define system integration processes and setups, generate and execute test plans, report results and provide feedback to other R&D teams during all stages of development.

Required

  • B.Sc in Electrical Engineering or similar

  • Experience in developing hardware systems as an engineer, system engineer, and manager

  • Strong process and project management skills

  • Experience with automation infrastructure development

Physicist / Electro-optics Project Leader

Our physics team runs deep R&D tasks over a broad range of disciplines including electro-optics, semiconductors, magnetics, algorithms and more. In this role you will lead the development of a complex component, bringing it from prototype to production.

  • 10 years of experience in design, analysis and testing of complex, multi-disciplinary systems

Physicist / Electro-optics Engineer

NPI Technical Engineer

As an NPI Engineer, you will be tasked with identifying and mitigating risks, troubleshooting issues, and continuously improving processes to enhance product performance and manufacturability.
You will also be responsible for coordinating with various departments, including design, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.

Required

  • B.Sc in Engineering or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in new product introduction or process engineering.

Working with all areas of the business including Product Management, Finance, Marketing, and our Executive team, and most important leading the customer relationship until successful sale and afterwards.

The ideal candidate has proven success selling hardware into multiple different sectors and can navigate in different environments (retail, building automation, industrial automation, smart home etc.). This role is borderline between BD and sales requiring skills on both sides.

The Marketing and Communications Manager is responsible for the development and supervision of all marketing and communications strategies for the company. This individual will oversee the development of goals, strategies, and implementation plans to execute comprehensive marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • In-charge of both traditional and digital marketing activities

  • Developing brand awareness and online reputation – PR and Social media activity.

  • Develop compelling and impactful messaging, positioning, and stories

  • Create (hands on) value-driven sales enablement in the form of presentations, web content, blogs, brochures, customer case studies, demos, videos, and training materials

  • Be closely involved with creating and executing marketing plans to generate leads.

  • Ongoing monitoring and reporting of metrics with analytical tools.
