At CES 2019, Wi-Charge demonstrated the world’s first wirelessly powered smart lock and wireless power kits for Amazon Echo Dot and Google Home Mini, which were well received by industry analysts, press and show attendees – from global manufacturers to consumers. • When can we expect to see commercially available products with long-range wireless technology embedded in them?
  • What is the difference between the various wireless technologies: infrared (IR), radio frequency (RF) and ultrasound?
  • My phone has ‘Qi’ charging, can any wireless power charge my phone?
  • Is wireless charging safe for my family and my pets?
  • What benefits do consumers and OEMs receive from using long-range wireless power?
  • How will wireless power change the future smart home and business?
  • What new devices can manufacturers create now that they can receive ample power from a distance?
